Privacy Policy

IRO (“the app”) is made by Curly Doggo Limited. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The short version: there is no account, there are no ads, we never sell data, and the little we do collect is anonymous.

What stays on your device

Your coloring progress, artwork, recent color choices, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export and share your artwork.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted on EU servers, to collect anonymous usage data so we can understand how the app is used and improve it. This includes:

• Actions you take in the app (opening pages, selecting tools, filling regions, exporting artwork)
• Session duration and feature usage patterns
• Device type, OS version, and app version

This data is not linked to your identity. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Purchases

All purchase transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, card number, or billing address.

To manage subscriptions and unlock premium features (including on a new device, via Restore Purchases), we use RevenueCat and Superwall. These services process your subscription status, entitlements, and purchase and renewal events on our behalf, tied to a randomly generated identifier — never to your identity. They do not sell this data.

You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.

What we do not collect

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers
• Any personally identifiable information

Sharing

We do not sell your data to anyone. Anonymous analytics data is processed by PostHog (EU). Subscription data is processed by RevenueCat and Superwall. No other third parties receive your data.

Retention

Your coloring progress is stored on your device until you delete it — you can delete individual works in the app at any time. Analytics data is retained on PostHog’s EU servers according to their standard retention policy.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we collect no personal information from any user, the app is suitable for all ages.

Your rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You can delete your local coloring progress at any time within the app. If you have questions about your data, contact us and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
